This has been my favorite concealer brush for as long as I could remember and I’ve tried many of them. Its synthetic bristles allow you to pack concealer on for full coverage but since the bristles aren’t densely packed, you could also blend the edges of the concealer for a flawless look. Did I mention it’s only $3?!
2. Wet N Wild Photo Focus Foundation – $5.99
This foundation was tested under 7 different lighting conditions to ensure a flawless matte finish. It has a second-skin effect and never looks cake. The coverage is medium-to-full and the matte finish isn’t drying at all even on dry skin. I find myself reaching for this foundation over so many of my more expensive ones just because it looks so flawless.
3. Essence Satin Touch Blush – $2.99
Named appropriately, this blush feels like silk! It is very finely milled which makes it go on very smoothly with no patching. It currently comes in two colors (a nude mauve and a coral) that go well with many different looks. The only downside is the limited shade range since the current two shades aren’t suitable for all skin tones.
Truly an underrated product! If you like the Buxom Lip Creams, then you will fall in love with these as well. The formula isn’t sticky and has the right amount of plumping without being too tingly (and painful!). It has a very glossy, glass-like finish with a light wash of color.
5. Wet N Wild MegaGlo Contouring Palette – $4.99
Both the highlighting and contouring powders in this palette are very finely milled and go on with no patches. Even though I like the contour shade in this palette, the highlight shade is my personal favorite! I’m truly obsessed with setting my concealer with the matte highlighting shade. It prevents any creases, adds coverage, and also brightens. For maximum hold and coverage, apply the highlight shade with a damp beauty sponge.
6. Palladio Herbal Lip Liner – $3.69
This formula glides on smoothly and keeps your lipstick in place all day. It also is a wooden pencil so sharpening it gives you a precise tip that is perfect for contouring and over lining. My favorite thing is the shade range because a lot of them are nudes which means there is a shade for all skin tones (you should match your lip liner to your lip shade not lipstick color).
7. Maybelline Inti-Matte Nudes Lipsticks – $7.99
Perfect matte shades. Smooth formula that glides on. Long-lasting. Non-drying. Warm nudes for all skin tones. What else do you need from a lipstick?
8. Essence Pure Nude Highlighter – $4.49
This highlighter gives you the perfect glow from within without being too glittery or chunky. The color is a light champagne that isn’t too gold or too white. For darker skin tones, I recommend the Essence Pure Nude Sunlight shade which is a deeper bronzy- gold.
9. Ardell Demi Wispies – $4.99
These lashes have a lightweight band which makes them comfortable even for beginners. The bend is also flexible so they’re much easier to apply than most lashes and they give a touch of extra volume and length without being over the top.
I never thought I would find one product that is this versatile! Even though this is supposed to be a brow highlighting stick (to highlight the brow bone and to clean around your eyebrows after filling them in), it could be used for so much more. It could also be used to highlight your cupid’s bow, and inner corner of your eye. I even use it on the waterline as an eyeliner. Since it is a pencil that could be sharpened, it allows for great precision and control.
